Katy Padula (She/Her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for Lake House Therapy Group. Katy has worked with a wide variety of clients since starting her career. Currently, Katy enjoys partnering with clients struggling with T/trauma, depression, anxiety, life-changes (such as marriage, divorce, new parents, early adulthood, etc.), and more. Katy believes in providing a nonjudgmental, safe space to explore lifes challenges. To help clients reach their goals, Katy uses several therapeutic approaches including but not limited to EMDR, CBT, and DBT. She believes in a strong therapeutic relationship that is based on trust and safety. Katy works with teens, young adults, and adults in office and/or virtually. Katy lives by the idea that the future begins in the present. "Try to help you, I will"

Kelsey Hutchins, LCPC
Out of struggle, pain, and suffering, hope can emerge. Yet for many who have experienced trauma, hope can feel like a complicated—or even unwelcome—word. Often, clients seek therapy when the ways they have learned to cope are no longer working. At that point, I may join you on your journey of change, offering a holistic approach that honors mind, body, and soul.
My work is grounded in a somatic trauma therapy approach called Tholage Neuropsychotherapy. When appropriate, I also draw on my training as an Integrative Mental Health Provider, incorporating food, supplements, and medicinal herbs to support the therapeutic process. With a foundation in both faith and spiritual training as well as psychological, I also provide a safe and compassionate space for those navigating religious trauma or spiritual abuse.
Over the years, I have worked alongside clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and grief. My approach to therapy focuses on healing and resolving root issues, not solely managing symptoms—though symptom relief may be part of the early stages. Ultimately, my goal is to help you learn to trust yourself more, move forward with hope amid suffering, and create space for restoration and healing.

Tholáge® Neuropsychotherapy is a gentle, body‑based approach that combines somatic practices, eye movements, and mentalization techniques. These methods help calm the nervous system, shift the body out of fight‑or‑flight or freeze, and restore a sense of safety within the Window of Tolerance. This process supports the release of specific neurochemicals that promote emotional access, connection, and regulation. As a result, difficult emotions and memories can be processed more safely, new neural pathways can form, and many people experience meaningful relief from symptoms—often alongside a deeper sense of safety, clarity, and connection.
